Sidney Outlaw

Sidney Outlaw, baritoneLauded by the New York Times as a “Terrific Singer“, baritone Sidney Outlaw presented his debut recital under the auspices of the Marilyn Horne Foundation “On Wings of Song” recital series at Saint Bartholomew’s Cathedral with Pianist Tamara Sanikidze on February 2007.

Mr. Outlaw made his Avery Fisher Hall debut in May 2007 under the baton of Maestro James DePriest as the soloist for The Beethoven Symphony No. 9 in D minor. In addition, he was the Baritone Soloist for “Messiah” with the Oratorio Society of New York at Carnegie Hall.

Mr. Outlaw made his Florida Grand Opera debut in 2008 singing Achilla in Florida Grand Opera’s production of Handel’s Giulio Cesare and made his Opera North Debut in August 2008 as Papageno in Die Zauberflöte.

In the 2008-09 season at Florida Grand Opera, Mr. Outlaw will be seen as The Marquis D’Obigny in La traviata and Prince Yamadori in Madama Butterfly, in addition to covering the role of Dandini in La Cenerentola.
